Gyros: Gyro meat, served with lettuce, tomatoes, onions
and sour cream sauce on pita bread.
Chicken Gyros: Gyro chicken served lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and
your choice of garlic or sour cream sauce.
Falafel Sandwich: Vegetarian patties, served in a rolled pita with lettuce,
parsley, tomatoes, pickles and topped with
tahini sauce. (Tahini sauce is sesame paste mixed with lemon, garlic, salt
and water).
Spinach and Feta Pies: Delicious pita dough stuffed with spinach and feta cheese,
seasoned with lemon, salt and
pepper, and baked.
Baked Kibbi: A mixture of bulghar wheat, ground beef, stuffed with sauteed
ground beef and slivered almonds, seasoned with
spices and butter and baked.

round chick peas, mixed with tahini sauce (sesame paste),
seasoned with salt, lemon and garlic.
Tabbouleh: Finley chopped parsley, tomatoes, onions, bulghar wheat,

ixed with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
Stuffed Grape Leaves: Rolled grape leaves, stuffed with rice, ground
beef and seasoned with lemon, butter,
salt, pepper, and mixed spices. Baklawa: Layered filo dough with a layer of walnuts in
between, butter, sugar and sugar syrup. Nammoura: Farina, butter, milk, sugar, coconut, sugar syrup, topped
with slivered almond.
